Sinopsis. (Inglés/Español).
SYNOPSIS.
Ten (10) officials of the different offices of the Venezuelan Ministry of Justice and an officer
of the Bolivarian Navy are kidnapped by an unidentified armed commando. They are taken
to a hidden place, where the sordid is normal. In that completely ugly and dark place comes
the figure of a man whom we identify as The Narrator, who will warn the kidnapped of why
they are there. The Narrator makes use of case 926 of 2015 in videos, assigned to court 15
of trial and prosecutor's office 146, this case is a homicide with the mobile of robbery, as
determined in the investigations made by the 65th investigative prosecutor of the city of
Caracas, together with the offices previously named. With this format, the courts identify a
case. The case is real life and is raised through Protagonist who is the father of the murdered
youth.
This film uses the techniques of fiction intensely to enrich its realization, it presents the
experience of a father whose son is killed in strange circumstances. As of that moment, the
father, begins to experience a way cruxis by the loss of his smaller son.
This experience is exploited by the kidnapping group who seek to judge the kidnapped
members as a protest against the Venezuelan justice system. The kidnapped at different
times react against the kidnappers putting their lives in danger. The scientific and investigative
police participates actively in the case. This fact also activates the curiosity of Monica, an
aggressive journalist of a digital media. A fact that occurs in the prosecution changes for the
father, the scenario of homicide: the mobile "homicide for robbery ...", established by the prosecution, to "homicide by hired killers", product of the investigation carried out on their own .
The kidnapping group takes advantage of this situation, to question both the courts involved
and the prosecution assigned to the case.
Also the kidnapping group takes advantage of what was left by the Protagonist's investigation
documented in video. When the Protagonist finishes with his investigation, he initiates a
series of actions that go from trying to consign the result of his investigations to the assigned
prosecutor's office for the case (without that this document accepts him), to publish in
Internet the blog: justiciaparamarioluis.blogspot. com, and take street actions communicating
their discomfort. With this material in hand the Narrator strongly attacks all the kidnapped,
the trial becomes more and more intense showing a fully heated attack. Before the evidence
, and the heat in the trial, the kidnapped understand that their lives are in danger.
Monica becomes even more integrated in the case and gets to establish contact with the
kidnapping group that receives her to document this case. The scientific police using
sophisticated technology equipment manages to establish the location of the kidnapping site,
the kidnappers realize and move to a second site. The police lose contact with the kidnapping
group.
Two signals issued indistinctly, one, sent by the judge through his technological protection
assigned to each critical professional by the Venezuelan state, and the other sent by Monica
, also by a technological team that carries close to their private parts, alert again to the police
team, who activate their technological equipment again.
The police discover the site of the kidnapping, causing a fierce shooting. The Narrator and his
team disappear from the site, which is occupied by the police, who after conducting multiple
investigations of this case, reach the conclusion of the guilt of the directors of the
investigation department of the Venezuelan Navy. Finally the Protagonist approaches the
camera and gives a final message.
This film raises the dark world that may exist after the death of Mario Luís, the apathy and
"charisma" of the Venezuelan justice institutions, as well as: the "suspicious" coldness and
the disregard of the case by the Venezuelan Navy.
It is also an alert of what you may face if you have the misfortune of entering the Venezuelan
justice system. Prepare to see "The tireless and risky struggle of a citizen against the justice
system in Venezuela."
It is intended that the audience can also conclude this documentary of denunciation and
reflection.
The film will try to show the duality in a man who is torn between pain and strength to clarify
the murder of his son. The challenge is to transfer the feelings of the protagonist to the viewer
. We also want to show that the facts do not only matter, but that, beyond them, there are
sensitive people (represented by our Protagonist) with immense pain. We want to explore
what happens or has happened with people who have had a similar experience, their
testimony, what do they think? Is the system of justice apathetic and inhumane? We will
witness the actions. Our Protagonist, are mounted above his pain and the adversities that
justice presents.
This film will acquire a touch of police style, the fictional scenes that will reconstruct the facts
, will serve as the frame of reference or the basis for its construction.
TRADUCCIÓN EN ESPAÑOL
SINOPSIS
Diez(10) funcionarios de los distintos despachos del Ministerio de Justicia venezolano y un
oficial de la Armada Bolivariana son secuestrados por un comando armado no identificado. Son llevados a un sitio oculto, donde lo sórdido es lo normal. En ese sitio completamente feo y oscuro surge la figura de un hombre a quien identificamos como El Narrador, quien les advertirá a los secuestrados del por qué están allí. El Narrador hace uso del caso 926 del 2015 en videos, asignado al tribunal 15 de juicio y la fiscalía 146, este caso es un homicidio con el móvil del robo, según lo determinado en las investigaciones realizadas por la fiscal 65 de investigación de la ciudad de Caracas, conjuntamente con los despachos anteriormente nombrados. Con este formato es conque los tribunales identifican a un caso. El caso es de la vida real y se plantea a través del Protagonista que es el padre del joven asesinado.
Este película usa las técnicas de la ficción intensamente para enriquecer su realización, presenta la vivencia de un padre, cuyo hijo es asesinado en extrañas circunstancias. A partir de ese momento, el padre, comienza a experimentar un vía cruxis por la pérdida de su menor hijo.
Tal vivencia es aprovechada por el grupo secuestrador quienes juzgan a los miembros secuestrados como una protesta contra le gestión de la justicia venezolana. Los secuestrados en distintos momentos reaccionan contra los secuestradores poniendo en peligro sus vidas. La policía científica e investigativa participa activamente en el caso. Este hecho también activa la curiosidad de Mónica, una agresiva periodista de un medio digital. Un hecho que ocurre en la fiscalía cambia para el padre, el panorama del homicidio: del móvil “homicidio por robo…”, establecido por la fiscalía, a “homicidio por sicariato”, producto de la investigación que lleva a cabo por su propia cuenta.
El grupo secuestrador aprovecha esta situación ocurrida, para cuestionar tanto a los tribunales involucrados como las fiscalías asignada al caso.
También el grupo secuestrador aprovecha lo dejado por la investigación del Protagonista documentada en video. Cuando el Protagonista termina con su investigación, inicia una serie de acciones que van desde intentar consignar el resultado de sus investigaciones a la fiscalía asignada para el caso(sin que esta le acepte dicho documento), publicar en internet el blog: justiciaparamarioluis.blogspot.com, y emprender acciones de calle comunicando su malestar. Con este material en mano el Narrador ataca fuertemente a todos los secuestrados, el juicio se hace cada vez más intenso mostrando un ataque completamente acalorado. Ante la evidencia, y el calor en el juicio los secuestrados entienden que sus vidas corren peligro.
Mónica se integra aún más en el caso y llega a establecer contacto con el grupo secuestrador que la recibe para que documente este juicio. La policía científica usando equipos de tecnología sofisticada logra establecer la locación del sitio del secuestro, los secuestradores se dan cuenta y se trasladan a un segundo sitio. La policía pierde contacto con el grupo secuestrador.
Dos señales emitidas indistintamente, una, enviada por la juez a través de su protección tecnológica asignada a cada profesional crítico por el estado venezolano, y la otra enviada por Mónica, también por un equipo tecnológico que lleva cerca de sus partes íntimas, alertan de nuevo al equipo policial, quienes activan de nuevo sus equipos tecnológicos.
La policía descubre el sitio del secuestro, originándose una feroz balacera. El Narrador y su equipo desaparecen del sitio, el cual es ocupado por la policía, quienes después de efectuar múltiples investigaciones de este caso, llegan a la conclusión de la culpabilidad de los directivos del departamento de investigaciones de la Armada venezolana. Finalmente el Protagonista se acerca a la cámara y da un mensaje final.
Esta película basada en un caso real, plantea el oscuro mundo que puede haber tras la muerte de Mario Luís, la apatía y “caradurismo” de las instituciones de justicia venezolanas, así como: la frialdad “sospechosa” y el desentenderse del caso por parte de la Armada venezolana.
Asimismo, es un alerta de lo que usted puede enfrentar si acaso tiene el infortunio de ingresar al sistema de justicia venezolano. Prepárese para ver “La lucha incansable y riesgosa de un ciudadano contra el aparato de justicia en Venezuela”.
Se pretende que la audiencia pueda también concluir esta película de denuncia y reflexión.
La película intentará mostrar la dualidad en un hombre que se debate entre el dolor y la pujanza por esclarecer el homicidio de su hijo. El reto que se plantea es trasladar al espectador los sentimientos del protagonista. Queremos mostrar además, que los hechos no solo importan, sino que, más allá de ellos, hay personas sensibles(representadas por nuestro Protagonista) con un inmenso dolor. Queremos explorar qué sucede o ha sucedido con las personas que han pasado una experiencia similar, su testimonio, ¿qué opinan?, ¿es el sistema de justicia apático e inhumano?, seremos testigo de las acciones. Nuestro Protagonista, se montan por encima de su dolor y de las adversidades que la justicia le presenta.
Esta película adquirirá un toque de estilo policial, las escenas de ficción que reconstruirán los hechos, servirán como el marco de referencia o la base para la construcción del mismo.
